Depression is one of the most crippling, but misunderstood disorders ever encountered; research has come up with several different types now, each with its own unique characteristics and symptoms. People suffer for different reasons but basically it is a result of having some unresolved issues in their lives; all of us occasionally become depressed over certain events.

Fad dieting can leave the body deficient in certain nutrients that the body needs to function. Fad dieting is not a long term solution to your weight problem.
Stress is a very common symptom nowadays. Nearly everyone is experiencing stress from time to time. Although this is no necessarily good, it will do no harm to your body. A doctor or other professional can diagnose clinical depression. Your diet can affect your mood and deficiencies in certain nutrients can lead to depression.
