The sofa bed is something of a triumph within the furniture industry; a mastery of form, function and aesthetic. Although many of us won't consider the sofa bed a very beautiful piece of furniture, most of us are imagining an outdated version that, for its time, was indeed considered a perfect addition to a living room set. Furniture building has always been dependent on the use of sturdy materials that can be trusted to hold up under pressure tine and time again. Since the beginning of the furniture building business, the main ingredient in a well-formed piece was the wooden frame. Wooden frames were built to withstand the weight of people, food, or any heavy loads that were put upon them.

Let's take our very good friends who happen to live next door. Again I will disguise their names. We'll call them Malli and Peter.
