My name is Shaye Richardson and I live in Darwin Australia with my beautiful children and my wonderful husband. They are my biggest reason why I am involved in this amazing home based busienss industry. I grew up in Australia. After graduating from High School and finishing my college course. I started a good job and did what most of us do, I got stuck in a rut of working too much, spending too much, and working even harder to pay off debits. I had a well paid job and can not complain about that. After the family grew I decided I wanted to spend more time at home. I enjoyed being a full time Mother, but I knew that there was more out there for me. I had great fears but I was ready for challenges ahead of me. It was exciting to jump into the unknown but it was worth of doing it and even from the first day I had faith that I would succeed. Don't get me wrong, I knew the road would be long and hard, but I was prepared to stay the course and NOT give up. As a kid I remember my Dad having lots of boxs of Amway around the house. It didn't last long, not only cause my Mother was not putting up with all the box's, but I don't think he made much money out of it. My first real adventure with nework marketing started in 1998 when a work friend introduced me to concept of MLM and building a home business. What I learned is that owning a business is the way to go to achieve a lifestyle I wanted for my family. I had some success from the start, but I was young and not prepared to put in the hours I would need to sustain my results. Quite a few years and two children later, actually in June of 2007 I decided to get back into home business industry because I wanted to be at home with newborn daughter and two year old son. I was looking for a way to leverage my time and money so I could regain my true freedom and STILL generate a high end lifestyle and I found it on the internet. The internet allows you to make an obscene amount of income on an extremely part time basis. It provides the leverage you need to put your income producing efforts on autopilot. I went through a bunch of different programs and systems until I found one that delivers the type of automation I was seriously looking for. What I do now is simple. I find others that are financially and lifestyle wise, where I was at just a few months back. People who are sick and tired of not making enough money or not having enough time. People looking for legitimate ways to generate cash flow from the internet. If that describes you, then you're NOT going to sleep tonight! I won't use any hype of high pressure. You see, what I have works. I don't need to push it on you. I simply invite you to take a look at my system and decide for yourself whether it's something you think you can get behind. All the training, support and resources are at your fingertips once you join me on my team. Let me tell you a little bit about my business... I am a marketing and business professional. Sadly, most people are just being lied to and sold empty promises that prevent them from taking advantage of this awesome industry. Most big time "gurus" put some awesome websites together to sell you on joining them, but then you find out that you can't duplicate what the "guru" does and if you're pointing people to the "guru's" "team" site... guess what? They want to join the "guru" NOT you! That stinks. And you find that out too late in the game. That's EXACTLY why I go right when they go left. I prefer to build my business using a simple online marketing system that YOU can build too... in your own name... so you NEVER have to worry about someone wanting to join whoever the "guru of the month" is... they'll connect and want to do business with YOU. Home businesses usually come in the form of two styles of compensation plans: Multi-Level Marketing and Direct Sales Marketing. I do not recommend Multi-Level Marketing programs. You'd have to recruit and train a small country to make any real money in those programs. And these days, those types of plans of completely unnecessary. Why let a majority of your hard work go to some company... when you can promote systems that sell easier and where YOU keep the majority of the profits. Just makes sense to me. I prefer the Direct Sales model because you make significant money up front for your efforts but STILL make tremendous passive and residual income by duplicating our system and methods. Never make a cold call, sell someone on a concept or prospect again. It's a "No-Brainer" really, once you compare the two models.

Success in affiliate
marketing is not dependant on the marketing tactics that many hard core ‘gurus’
will teach. Many affiliate marketers are making a very nice income online every
day using free marketing techniques such as Network Marketing.
In the past,
pushiness has been associated with network marketing, and for many people
thoughts of MLM pop into their head. Thankfully today this is not the case.
Today’s online community has evolved allowing marketers from any background or
skill to plug into this technique and start making money online. This is
particularly true for today’s affiliate marketer.
If done
properly, network marketing can have a dramatic effect on your business’s bottom
line.
There are
four facts every new marketer must know in order to become a marketing success.
1. Success
or failure depends on the product you will be representing and how you
represent yourself. Unfortunately no amount of study and research will make up
for hands on business experience that can hone your ability to spot a
profitable product from those that come and go, but this is not true of the
latter. You are a powerful asset for your business and in the business networking
arena it is both you and the product that people are attracted to. While studying
market trends and consumer spending patterns help you to understand a
particular industry, only actual sales experience or learning from those with
that experience will provide you with a solid grounding for network marketing.
2. Never
choose a product that is not backed by a guarantee. Consumers love a guarantee.
Pick your Affiliate Company with care. Avoid all the hype. Instead, invest some
time in systematic research and due diligence. If the company has been around
for a while, you will have a great opportunity to track the company and its
growth. Look for more than just testimonials on a website and where possible
speak to the person you will be working with. Whilst in many case you will be
an independent affiliate running an independent business,
there is a business contact you will have to liaise with for support and
training. If this person is not reliable
and does not do what they say they well, then you need to ask yourself “Is

from companies that are in the decline. You should also avoid anything that may
appear odd or too good to be true. If
you wouldn’t buy it why should someone else? At the other end of the scale,
avoid companies that are experiencing an unprecedented spike of growth. Once
the buzz around this opportunity fades, sales can drop just as dramatically. If
you plan on sustaining your business for the long term, this potentially huge
drop in sales should be avoided.
4. Last but
not least, profit from the experience of the other network marketers. This kind
of information may be found online at forums committed to marketers who want to
share their knowledge and experiences. Learn from people who have achieved
what you aim to achieve. Take time to understand their reasoning and what
‘makes them tick’. While some may be able to share some bad experiences, remember
that it pays you to learn from the mistakes of others.
Even as
those four facts every new network marketer must know appear to make a lot of
common sense, they can also be the most common mistakes. Successful affiliate
marketing means more than just selling promoting or setting up a website. Always
have good planning, learn from the experiences of others, and also continuously
educate yourself about market changes and consumer behaviour. These actions, plus your own determination
and mindset are all vital components to your overall business success.
